We've been in a relationship for a year or so and honestly... A girl is getting horny. From the beginning he told me he was religious and stuff and I never minded it, to each their own. But now I'm trying to hint at him that I'm in no celibacy vow and literally every time we're together he's pushing the "sex is for marriage" thing and I'm? Because what the hell? I'm not even thinking of marriage and I haven't had sex in the entire time we've been dating... How can he be so selfish. I don't know how to proceed in this situation, I don't wanna break up with him but at this point I don't know.

well i dont think it will work honestly, you want sex and he is waiting for marriage, youve already waited a year, im surprised you waited, usually women now just want sex and cheat if they dont get it but i think youve waited enough, if its not working out then its not working out, i see his point of view on the marriage thing but i think if he is with someone he believes he will marry then its not as bad as just having sex with strangers, i dont think its lust so even if y'all aren't married he isn't being lustful in my opinion but he is following the marriage sex so good for him ig.

It's as selfish that you should have it.

You need to take a serious look of your relationship and ask yourself if tthat is what you really are after and if it is you have to respect that he doesn't want to have sex before marriage just like guy's have to wait with girls that are the same.
If it doesn't work you should let him be and find someone that is on equal point of view with sex.

What you describe is called sexual mismatch.
