I've tried searching online for you to help , my suggestion is lubricate the hinges
The two best lubricants to use on hinges are silicone spray and plumber's grease (a light, odorless grease used to lubricate O-rings and other rubbing surfaces in plumbing fixtures). Silicone spray, if used properly, it is the least sloppy and fairly long lasting.

Plumber's grease is very light weight as greases go and stable enough not to run off the hinge like 3-in-1 oil (which was my father's favorite for EVERY lube job imaginable). It generally lasts longer than silicone spray, but is a little sloppier to use. (Automotive greases will also work if you have some handy.)

  I came across this online : The noise you hear is not from settling, but from wood framing members moving in relation to one another. The wood warms during the day, losing moisture and shrinking slightly. At night it cools, absorbing moisture and expanding a bit. As one piece of wood tries to move against another, pressure builds between the two. Finally the joint slips, causing the popping.   @UnknownGagsUser plausible, but I have never heard that with any furniture I have. And if it is indoors, there would not be that much change in temperature or humidity.

  That article you read is about noises the house framing members make in attics. Your wardrobe is not in the attic where the temperatures fluctuate so much, and do not have the stresses of the weight of the house on it.

  Obviously they talk about wooden furniture not sth about attic and I have huge wooden closet in my room which is near an AC so yes it could possibly be that 🤔

Two possibilities I can think of. First, when you use it before going to bed, It may still have a bit of tension somewhere that releases later when you are sleeping. Or there is movement in the floor or wall that causes it to make noise.
