Yep this is totally normal. I can tell you that for sure... even without having a clitoris myself.

I don't think there's anything you can do to change or help the post-orgasm clitoral sensitivity.

As for multiple orgasms, it's a matter of laying off on the clitoral stimulation until it becomes pleasurable again. Don't quote me on this... but I don't think most women who have multiple orgasms do so from CONTINUED clitoral stimulation (as in it's not continued without interruption after orgasm) :)

Yeah it is pretty common. If you want to keep going either wait for a few mins or keep going but without clitoral stimulation, switch to a position that doesn’t stimulate your clit for a few mins or switch to nipple stimulation for a while giving your clit a break
