Same trick i used in schools to prevent them from catching me playing games, observe the room orientation of a room and work with it. Make sure you are facing the door and the screen is facing you. That way they have to turn the corner to see what you are doing. It buys you a lot of time in using your alt tab skills. At school i used a program called ClickyGone and trained all my friends on how to use it. We had a setup that would completely hide a window within a simple keyboard shortcut with it also being hidden from the taskbar. Teachers are smart enough to look at the other things you have open, but not smart enough to realize you can hide stuff entirely using software.
