I *could* go a long time without masturbating/orgasming but I don't prefer it. If you go a long time without it though, your seminal fluid will build up and you will release a lot more fluid when you eventually do cum. Also, taking a maybe week long break from masturbating can help improve self confidence, increase confidence, and improve overall mental health.
