Reading your conversation below, I believe that if you don't want to masturbate and you don't want to have sex, you may be sol at the moment. I'd recommend, though, to at least try and open yourself up to new relationship experiences and you may be able to find someone (s) to help fulfill the desires with or without the commitment depending on how you feel on the subject

And if you're just super opposed to this, then you can try taking a week long break from masturbation, or try new ways of masturbating.
