You can get pregnant anytime there is any insertion of the penis, precum is just as viable as cum. And ejaculating on the vulva outside the body can still lead to pregnancy. Semen moves about an inch an hour and xan live for up to a week. Though it will have a harder time. If not using condoms i would recomend another form of birth control or a spermicide lubricant

He only has to put his penis inside you for there to be a chance of you getting pregnant, and he doesn`t even have to actually cum inside you, you can still get pregnant if he produces precum.
Also precum doesn`t come out when a guy pees, it only comes out when it is rubbed whether by hand or the movement while inside you.

It's definitely still possible to get pregnant without getting cummed inside, the seminal fluid released while in the act and passively as a guy gets more horny contains small amounts of sperm that, however unlikely, can still get you pregnant.
