I lost mine at 15. Not ideal at all. I would’ve felt more comfortable having waited til marriage. If not marriage than 18-21 wouldve been ideal. Preferably sometime in or after college for me. People i realize there are more factors than age... but age plays a part as well especially if that person were to end up pregnant in their teens. So believe me.. i understand what i asked and i meant it the way i asked. Some feel losing their virginity at a young age is right. I have always wanted to wait until marriage, but I honestly could have seen myself getting married 10 years ago. I just never had any luck with women, and I never got any better with it. You can't get married if you never even go on a first date.
I was hoping the dating sites would work out so I wouldn't have to actually get "game.". (As if that would have even been possible anyway, though.). But I couldn't find any good matches on the free sites and I'm too cheap to pay for the other ones.
I probably would have been good at 16/17 as far as emotional maturity. But I really can't say what would have been "ideal". Started late at 19 years old, so I was fully ready. But looking back I'd of been good emotionally at 17. 15 year old me, not so much.

I lost mine at 18. It was a good age to lose it, but I wasn`t happy with the person I lost it to. It was just really bad and put sex in a bad light for me. If I had waited a few more months I would have been 19 with my current boyfriend, and that would have been so much better.
True that. Honestly though, I think any time you lose it when you're older it's probably better because you have a mature mindset. I think it's a joke really when I hear 18 year-olds on here crying about not having lost their virginity already while they're friends gave it up at 15 and 16. 18 years and virgin is nothing, and nothing to be ashamed of, but still being one at 30 or 40 is odd.

I think 19 is the perfect age, though 16 would have been nice.
For reasons, I had to wait until 23. But it was a mixed bag of reasons, a lot by choice due to my own lack of self-confidence and poor self-esteem along with blowing off opportunities.
I lost it at 19 and I don't know if it was a good time. It was a major demotivator. Men should be forced to achieve some level of success before being rewarded with sex. When loose drunk girls are at every party, it's not like you even have to try, it's just a matter of fkn time before something happens.

I wish I hadn't lost my virginity because it has jaded my life experiences. I was in pursuit of love making myself available to show my genuine rawness. But they were looking for an easy lay, stringing me along. I realise that my mother and father didn't really help to guide me in life. It's not about age, its about doing it with the right person. You can be 14 and lose it on your wedding night and yes thats super young but that made lots of stable relationships in the past. You can be 25 and just fuck a hooker or rando and thats no good either. So its more about who it is and the situation than the age in my opinion. When I have kids I will teach them to wait until marriage, age being no concern.

I hope to experience sex at least in the next upcoming years for the sake of just being able to experience it and be more knowledgeable, but at the same time I'm not going to desperately throw myself around and lower my standards. I waited 9 years 😂😭 i turned down so many with bad motives in between then... finally fell in love 9 years later and did it with someone nearing our engagement... and he basically didn't want me some months later. I felt like an idiot AGAIN. didn't help that he had the same name as the first guy 🤦♀️ So yea now here i am back waiting lol I don't know who to trust but i know im not going past 3 sexual partners in life (only 2 so far).

Virginity is just in head it's about the experience you have and the maturity to understand why it's happening probably for girls it's painful to get the seal broken and you feel that you have given something or lost. In reality if first time will be average because of the pain no matter what age you do it you can never be prepared you just have to go with it only when you feel doing it..
I'm hoping before 40 if I get married. Haven't dated at all in my life or really gotten to know many other girls. Definitely very late compared to most, but hopefully it will be worth it.

I think 18, 19 should be a nice age to lose your virginity. I lost it way way earlier. It's not that I didn't liked it, it's just that I liked sex a lot and ruined my grades at school.

And for me, the reason I wish I lost it earlier, is because women (not all) judge you based on your partners and your sexual abilities. When talking about sex with women and not being able to talk about my experiences, it was a massive turn off to them.

The reason I think it wasn't early for me is that I was fully aware of the consequences it can have, and mentally mature enough to not "just dive in" because of teenage hormones. To put it in less words - I felt that I was ready.
