It isn't that much difference in my personal opinion. I've always used condoms until I met my fiancé. And honestly, the only difference I really notice is that the penis feels warm inside and glides better since it is skin to skin and the penis is covered in my own lube. But, I am able to enjoy with both. So if I was hooking up with someone, I'd still use a condom. I'd rather be safe and protected than feel that small difference.
