  • There is no correct way. 'ISO' still ignores the topic.
    Apparently, most of 'us' measure from where ever until a point that enables 'us' to read a number that we are happy with.
    As our penis psychologically ends in our heads - I think that it's justified to add another 1 1/2 or 2 ft. to the visible length.
    'Circumference' is an easier task: you just go round it [ mind you: ONCE only]... diameter would be an alternative, but this number looks 'smaller'.
    Until now I haven't heard that there is a hardness scale, or an efficiency rating - which would be two much more useful 'measures' to compare.

  • Here's a serious answer: The reliable studies of penis size measure erect length and girth. For measuring erect length they take a ruler and measure along the top side of the penis (with the penis held at a 90 degree angle to the body) with the ruler pressed against the pubic bone.
