There could be many things that are contributing to this. Have you been checked out by your ob/gyn to make sure there is nothing medically wrong?

I would recommend starting with that. Once you’ve ruled out that there is nothing medically wrong then it is probably a psychological issue or block. From there I would consider seeing a sex therapist.
