At the risk of sounding racist, I think this is in play. I think Black culture and perhaps even their DNA is more predisposed to more intense sensuality than, for example, British and Germans, who may arguably have darker predispositions. Loud, throbbing music. Drug abuse. Intense sexuality. And to further intensify sexuality is adding frequent anal intercourse with women and homosexuality to the pot, which opens the door to HIV. This may be nonsense but it is what I have seen.

I think it's probably caused by pressure.. I think black people have this thing in their culture where they kind of negg on gays a lot. Not in an intentionally hatefull way but I guess it's just really emasculating and embarrassing in their culture.
And I think that puts pressure on a kid when their growing up and they think "Hey, maybe I am gay, fuck what if I am gay" and they develop that interest and that's what they become..

Because religion is far more important in the African American community, and black churches are far more likely to be anti-gay. I also find openly gay men are more likely to be very camp. I think it's a result of facing so much condemnation.
I think you're asking the wrong question: you seem more concerned at the risk of infection so maybe: "what do you think of men who infect gfs through behavior outside of the relationship"; does it offend you as much if there was to be no danger or sickness of any kind through safe sex practices?
Maybe I'm wrong but your comments only concern with spreading infection rather than the morality of secretly hooking up with other chaps

There was no judgement of any kind, on anybody. Merely stating that it's not guaranteed that someone spreading infection isn't guaranteed to be one of these men and being one of these men doesn't necessitate spreading of disease. Perhaps if feedback offends you so, another medium than a public forum that invites feedback may be worth investigating? As Forrest Gump tells us: That's all I have to say about that
Its because black men are usually from cultures were homosexuality is immensely shunned. In many countries in Africa people get killed for being gay. Even a black man in the US is from a community were masculinity is tied to being straight
Then go to the authoritues and file an attempeted murder charge.
Or get the laws changed that an HIV+ person must disclose that fact to any potential sexual partner before having sex

I know of a few gay males who sleep with married men so their husbands truly identify as bisexual on the low or maybe their partner knows, who knows? That's why we should all always get tested

? Female to male transmission is rare. The guy would have to have an open cut on his dick or something. Down low guys are more likely to get aids because they are less likely to use protection. Largely because sex is unplanned.
