If my pants are loose and I'm wearing boxers then yes at times. I run everyday and use running shorts that generally have some support and prefer not to "flop around" while running. You are not crazy you are a girl so how would you know! When we get hard that is where it gets interesting with things moving around!

Not really. It mostly depends on the underwear. If it’s snug fitting underwear but he’s wearing loose running shorts it won’t move much. If he’s wearing boxers but snug jeans it won’t move much. Get it?

@Blublub I often go commando, in shirts & jeans and even though I'm above average in d size it doesn't flop around when I'm just walking about --- but if I ever get hard, which happens sometimes, I have to somehow hide the obvious 'outline' in the shorts/jeans !

Different guys wear different types of underwear. Boxers allow for more movement than briefs/boxer-briefs.

Not if we wear briefs. Boxers can be very uncomfortable for just this reason. More importantly, however, is that you definitely do not want your testicles moving around - that can really hurt like hell.
