What are these bumps on my shaft I discovered?

I have only had sex with my girlfriend and I always use condoms, but she gives me oral without condom. A few months ago I noticed small bumps on my shaft, sometimes they look white, other times they look like plain little bumps. When I get out shower they are not very noticeable.

I've used spermicide condoms before in past and sometimes when I took condom off I didn’t wipe off. They don’t hurt or itch what is this?

Oh that’s normal, sometimes they show more than other times, it’s not a virus or disease, they don’t itch or do anything, I forget what they are called but it’s nothing if it’s that

Most likely those bumps are Fordyce spots, or hair follicles.
