Help!! I started to get addicted to porn!!! any suggestions to stop being addicted?

  • Yep that will happen. You need to remember not to allow it to control your feelings for sex. If you think it could be the natural endorphin high you are craving you get from orgasming then try lifting weights and working out. It will give you the same high without making you feel bad about yourself. I felt that way for awhile too at a certain point in my life but now that i learned not to let it run my emotional life i can watch and enjoy it as just entertainment now.
