How can I distract myself from cheating?

Discuss it with him.
Tell him that you currently aren't getting something from the relationship that you need in order for it to work. You're choices seem clear to me.
A) He starts putting more effort into fulfilling you sexually.
B) You both agree to have an open relationship.
C) you conclude that this relationship isn't what you want and both go your separate ways
D) you decide to ignore your own wants and needs and see how long your relationship lasts while you feel unhappy and resentful towards him
E) you stay with him and cheat on him behind his back. Not the worst thing in the world, but it could give you a bad reputation and you may regret it in the future when potential partners feel they can't trust you.

Talk to him about your needs! If he’s not sympathetic to your needs then you have a different choice to make but he needs to know what you need in a relationship! In the mean time I try to manage the overwhelming need by talking to people who understand, porn, and masturbation.
