A skunk isn't bothered by the smell of another skunk.
A person who isn't bothered by someone's ass smell probably has a dirty ass themselves. If I smell someone's ass I'm gonna ridicule them till they wash it or they leave.

My girlfriend's ass doesn't really stink. It's more just the fact that I love every part about her and since her ass is clean as n and doesn't stink I like playing with it. Plus there are a lot of nerve endings there, so it feels good to her.
