when i was a kid I thought crotchless panties were the peak of haute couture. I don't know if there is a particular style. Women's bodies are deliciously unique and a crest of a hip, length of leg probably just mood makes different women look great in different panties. They also give some thought about what they look like in certain fabrics, colors. It took me awhile to develop the physical self-awareness that most women have down oat by age 15. Sorry that was a lot of verbiage to not even answer your question.
