Generally speaking, a males interest in you is your holes and their availability.
So you not wanting anything else but giving access to the only thing he likely wants/needs from you will not be an issue.

The issue will likely happen when you start to "grow feelings" after a few sessions and he still only wants you for your holes.

Because when you show people that they’re ugly (That they can’t do anything to improve themselves) They probably get depressed and all but if you say they’re rude or have bad habits and such they seem to care less and just brush it off (probably due to arrogance)

Maybe a little rephrasing i. e. drop the "with you" bit then it won't single him out as the reason for not wanting a relationship. Try saying " I'm 100% sure I don't want a relationship right now but can we be fuck buddies?"

Depends on what he was looking for with you as in if he was looking at having a relationship with you it could bring a damper on him your both getting something so don't see it hurting him too much
