I find giving or getting oral sex to be amazing intimate and erotic - it's not just the awesome physical feelings involved but everything to do with the nature of the act. Hi and yes all fair points - and there are as many opinions on the topic as voices it seems which is cool - and yes an overriding approach is best if find out what each individual prefers. I would point out that article, while interesting, is from 2014 which in transgender rights time is eons ago.
I'll adjust my initial suggestion, I wouldn't use that term unless you know the intended person prefers or is ok with it. I know quite a few transgender women (each in their 20's or early 30's who fwiw didn't start transitioning until after that article). I know they would take offense. I'm not condoning snowflakeness or judging etc just find it's always smart to avoid offending especially in a first impression situation as often first impressions linger.
