My friends are spreading rumours that I sent nudes, what should I do?

A girl i was close mates with has told my boyfriend that she "found stuff out that made her opinion of me lower", apparently i sent nudes to horny snapchat accounts for attention. She might have told other people but he 100% did, my boyfriend has told all my friends about it and even admitted it to believing it himself. He told all my mates almost instantly yet it took him 2 weeks to tell me, supposedly he 'argued' with her over it but on that day he was begging her to talk to him and was apologising to her for their 'argument'. He used to like her... I'm so paranoid, i just want to cry. I've been sitting here wondering who else she has told and who else believes it because if my own 'boyfriend' believes it, why wouldn't they? I don't know what to do with either of them, if it was you in my situation, what would you do?

You can't control what others do or think, so even though it's hard sometimes, you have to try and distract yourself and not think about the "what if's". You're only stressing yourself out over something you have NO control over at all. So focus on yourself and being happy. Pretend others don't exist.

And if it were me... she's not a "friend", so goodbye. Same with the boyfriend. You want/need people in your life that are going to care about you and be supportive. Neither one of them are.

Go to your boyfriend. Have a sincere talk with him about the truth. And tell him he has two options. Accepting what you say or you'll leave the relationship cos you can't bear such a person in your life.
Being strong will lead him to get situations important even more.
Don't act like someone who has done something and now tries to deny it.
Ask the guy about proves. The nudes. Have seen any? Yes? OK bring them on! No? OK never speak a word about them with me ever again
