Girls what would you do?

Question

So if there’s a guy who was a good basketball player in high school and went on to college and didn’t perform so well do you encourage him or just tell him to maybe find another route. He was well known and in the newspaper in high school. He didn’t perform well and but he’s been playing ball since he was young. Just curious to see answers from different people. It’s not about me personally just seeing it in some one else

If he is passionate about the sport, and if you really care for his happiness, then encourage him to keep going, to keep training, and to keep giving it a shot. Having your support will most likely make him play even harder because he will want to try and make you happy, make you happy through his happiness.

@Laylaaa_ily what if he’s girl crazy though since he’s really attractive and probably just not focused because he still cocky from high school. He’s always been popular

That can cause a problem with growth and improvement, but then that's also really simple. Visit him during training every now and then, and help him get centered and focused on improving himself.

Yeah probably just not ready. I’m not trying to be that girl but he definitely needs a girl to help him. He has a mentor but I think for some guys they need a girl who is maybe different than you’re used to

Exactly. Most men hate to admit it, but they really need a fresh set of ideas and a different way of thinking from time to time, and they generally get something like that from a close female friend or a girlfriend.

Yeah true. I always liked him but he never paid attention to me. But honestly I love basketball and would have loved to just see him succeed without anything romantic lol he’s had many beautiful model looking girlfriends but I saw a tweet that he retweeted on Twitter that said “you have to have something more to offer than just head” so it’s like no wonder he goes through so many girls. But that’s a typical athlete I guess. Even for those who are in the nba

I was similar. Was good and recognised through school, but was never great past this. I think it's fine as long as he's still enjoying it and keeping healthy. There's always time for a career after sport, but he's only young once

I think he had great potential especially since all his friends were good. But maybe he just wasn’t serious enough or focused. A little girl crazy or player like

But a part of me feels that he feels inadequate than other players because he’s not over 6ft but he’s muscular and stays in the gym. And I don’t think he believes in himself but I don't know
