  • Morality aside, the meme itself is kind of awkward. Like I get that Garlic Bread is supposed to be better than normal bread, and that the girl on the left is more attractive to my eyes than the girl on the right, but what was the point of putting this out into the universe? Especially since the person who made it most certainly isn't depicted in the photo, and they probably aren't much to look at, themselves.

And anyway, what if I'm allergic to garlic? Maybe the woman on the left is infamous among her friends for having a wide plethora of sexually transmitted infections over the years. Maybe I just don't get along with Righty all that well, but Lefty is a sweetheart. My college crush has a phenomenal body, but it turned out that we didn't get along. Our personalities just didn't mesh, and I generally found her to be an appalling human being to interact with. I definitely wanted (and still want) to hump her brains out, but we really wouldn't have been able to have a conversation after the sex.

  • I would not, I am all for people choosing their preferences, but there is no need to be rude or mean about it, of course, that goes for both genders.

God made us all different, He made different sized body parts on different people of different sizes, no one is inferior.

  • I feel bad for both girls. Everyone on here are saying that "it's just a meme" but these girls aren't a meme, they're real people. Making a meme of something you saw on a show or in a movie, using goofy stock photos or drawing something yourself is totally fine. But I really don't get making memes about private people, especially when it's clear that people are laughing at them, not with them. I would think that it would be just as unfunny if the roles were reversed and it was two guys posing, and one was shorter than the other or something. Feels like too much of a low blow to actually be funny. Can't help but think that someone who makes a meme like this must be pretty insecure themselves, to want to be this spiteful.

    • Exactly. People keep responding like I'm personally offended. I'm not, because I can just brush it off as those people being assholes. But it is not me in the picture. If someone made ME into a meme basically saying my body was inferior, and 30,000 people upvoted it, I would be really upset. So that is why I am annoyed about this meme.

    • You're just empathetic enough to realize how humiliating and sad it would be to have a pic like that made of you. I'm pretty sure 90% of the guys on here who are saying that it's "just a joke" wouldn't think it's as funny if someone made a joke like this about their penis size, height, weight... I think it's just too easy to see memes like this and not realize that these girls are real people who probably didn't want this meme to be made in the first place.

    • and honestly, if someone made a meme of me like this & it didn't get any upvotes, I would just dismiss it as the creator simply being an asshole. But if 30,000 people upvoted it, I would feel utterly humiliated. So I think the people upvoting it are almost as bad as the guy who made the meme. (There is also the fact that upvoting these sorts of memes encourages people to make more.)

  • C. It's a joke. Both girls in the photo are pretty. I don't think a size of boobs is superior than another. I even think the photo is not trying to state that smaller boobs are inferior, but that there's a bigger percentage of people that prefer big boobs despite they are able to appreciate and like both. Just like more people might prefer garlic bread to bread, but they would eat both. However not all people prefer bigger boobs or garlic bread. Some people might prefer normal bread or small boobs. So I think it only is a way to compare preference. Not superiority or inferiority.

    • Who eats bread by itself? I wouldn't touch bread unless I was pairing it with something else. By itself, bread is bland, while garlic bread is tasty by itself. So the meme is saying that the bigger woman's breasts are intrinsically satisfying, while the smaller woman's breasts are bland.

    • I have eaten bread pieces by themselves lots of times... I don't know maybe where I live bread is tastier. Or maybe by bread I'm understanding something different due to cultural differences. Maybe you are thinking about this industrial bread in loafs while I'm thinking in bread types more similar to baguettes, breadsticks or cibatta, made artisanly in a bakery.

  • It needs to be understood that Reddit is hardly a place for responsible discussion of anything. Reddit tends to be about intentionally-offensive humor to give jaded people a laugh - it's NOT meant to be taken seriously and stuff like this certainly shouldn't be taken personally.

And you know I don't see small tits as inferior. Nor would I have up-voted this. Still, it's Reddit. It's always going to be crass, and they will cut down everyone at one time or another. Finally, keep in mind too that girls with big boobs are often just as uncomfortable with this kind of attention, and having it being pointed out like this.

  • I don't know if I'd upvote it or not. I think that maybe everyone might see it differently. Like... garlic bread... its a different type of bread? Ok. or... does she look hotter for some reason? I wouldn't necessarily assume "boobs." I'm not really a boob man, so much as "the whole body" kind of guy.

Maybe Garlic bread more provacative and regular bread is more "wholesome?" So is that a dig on the brunette more than the blonde? Is regular bread better for you because it's represented by a cute blonde (for guys that prefer blondes). Is garlic bread fake because they look like they could be fake boobs? Is it a dig on that? Is it a dig on the popularity of Garlic bread, where everyone seem to adore garlic bread and ignores the "regular" bread?

For me, it'd be a little ambiguous to decide to like or not like. I MIGHT assume the meme was a comment about boobs, but then I might not; I'd probably pass it over. Of course, reddit isn't my thing, anyway.

  • Why, what is wrong with the blon... oh. OH! Shit I can be very naive and unobservant sometimes.

It is a shitty thing to do. Imagine how that girl feels. How both of the girls feel. It is wrong laughing at someone's expense.

    • It is not funny to me to be honest.

  • I'm more concerned they are being described in terms of bread.

  • Sorry I don't understand this meme...

Is it due to breast size? Cause both girls look hot and there breast size seems proportionate to there body type.

Now if it is the type of bread they had for lunch I wouldn't kiss the one who had garlic bread before a few hours and a good tooth brushing unless I had garlic bread too 😉

  • I honestly wouldn't care if someone called me bread, because I'm still bread and people love bread lol. I'm probably missing the whole point of this by getting stuck on being compared to bread or garlic bread, but I dont care. I guess it was about the upper region of her body? I read that in the comments, but I didn't get that at first lol. My point is, as long as someone doesn't call me ugly poo, it's fine. Call me bread, call me jiggly puff, cally me a chicken nugget or a potato, that is alllll goood lol! I've seen legit bullying online, and that is like the strawberry jello of insults! I'd be fine being any kind of bread, unless its wheat bread... now if they called home girl wheat bread.. that would just be ruuuuude!

  • *Rolls eyes* And the younger generations wonder why those older to them worry about what'll become of the world in 50 years when a silly meme is worth getting upset over.

And that's all it is. A silly meme based on someone's preference. The only thing offensive is using a photo likely without permission. There are far more offensive memes/jokes/comments about blondes, as an easy example, predominantly because of artificial bottle & bleached blondes, not real blondes.

    • Facts! Although, again blaming the younger generation is futile. Since I seen almost the same if not worse behavior from the older generation. For example, we complain that the younger generation doesn't know how to handle their money properly. Right? And some acknowledge that they aren't taught, and others say the older generation was taught... so why then did the older generation still grow up so poor? Why even more does congress, which is full of older generation, continue to borrow, put us in more debt and raise the debt ceiling but have no intentions of even thinking of managing America's money properly? It's pointless to heap complete blame on the younger generation when the old heads were/are just as bad, if not worse. But we refuse to recognize that because some of us are starting to get into that old head range... and we are just as bad. Dont want to look in the mirror

    • @motownplayer2000 Oh, I was just generalizing with the 'worry about the world in 50 years' due to how ridiculous this post is. I am of the younger generation.

  • I have a counter-point.

It's a meme. In order to reconcile answers, we must understand the purpose of a meme.

A meme is not (by design) intended to get offended by. A meme is (by design) intended to use imagery to attempt to make a joke.

Said joke is only effective if those who look at the meme think the same way as the person who created the meme.

Someone who mentally processes it will do one of the following: think about bread, or get offended by the inference.

For example: I might question what kind of bread we're talking about, because I would rather have hot, fresh french bread with salted, whipped butter over garlic bread. Same bread, but one just works better for me. Does that mean the girl on the right is "better"?

Morality doesn't come into play. Certain people have certain preferences over others. Some want to make a meme over it. Let them. It's not worth getting offended or "triggered" over.

As a side note: the girl on the right IS more attractive overall. In my opinion.

    • Another thing - since editing is not permitted. I did not vote only because you don't have the option I would choose - the best neutral option: "Doesn't matter to me either way."

    • Maybe it's because garlic bread has more fat content?

    • @Boppy But it doesn't necessarily. You can make garlic bread that has nearly zero fat just by getting creative with certain oils, food coloring and garlic salt.

  • Until I read the poll and posts I didn't get what it actually meant. Breast humour is ancient and there's more serious things to take offence at out there than memes about breast size. There's lots of stuff poking fun at dick size so I don't see how this is any different.

    • The issue is that the meme is featuring a real woman who has feelings. I can only imagine how upsetting it would be to have a meme, insulting my body, get thousands of upvotes. If people were ridiculing a real man for his small dick I would also agree that it is wrong.

  • I voted C and that would be how I would have taken this for sure and I damn sure don't think there is any problem with small tits. Just guessing but looking at the cutie on the right I'd bet I am about the same size (I'm 34B/C) and not sure I would have wanted any more than what I have.
Many of my friends with large boobs bitch so often about the back pain and other disadvantages of hauling those large balls of fat around 24/7

  • I didn't get it until you mentioned the size of their respective bosoms. I think both sets look quite nice even though the once on the left are... weightier.
I wouldn't upvote the meme. I would have passed it by. I think it's kind of stupid.
Immoral? That's a pretty strong word. The meme was no doubt created by some stupid adolescent who just saw tits. He thought he was clever. In reality, it might have been kinda mean. It didn't take the girl's feelings into account. But I wouldn't call it anything close to immoral. More like childish.

    • The definition of "immoral" is "not moral". Moral means "concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character". Making this meme is certainly wrong to do. It's the sort of reason why so many women go under the knife & risk their health in a dangerous surgery.

    • Did you vote btw?

    • You asked for opinions. I'm not interested in engaging in a debate on what constitutes immoral behavior. If you want to say that childish, thoughtless or mean equates to immorality, fine. Seems like a rather fundamentalist approach to me. It's like equating rudeness with rape or something. And saying it's the sort of reason who so many women go under the knife is like blaming Ozzy Osborne for suicides. People do all kinds of things for their own reasons.

  • Where's the cheesy garlic bread? 😂 This meme doesn't make sense both girls are gorgeous

    • Did you vote?

    • Yeah it's immoral and I won't give it the time of day , but these memes are immature asf

    • And I pushed the wrong vote button too , what a champ 🥴

    • Show All
  • I'll admit I giggled when I first saw it, even though I dont think small breasts are inferior. It is wrong but I would only upvote it out of simple amusement.

I think more guys would understand why it is wrong if the roles were reversed and they compared a massive penis to a tiny penis and labeled them in a similar pattern to this meme. I know reversing the roles would make me upset. Definitely an eye opener.

    • Why do you find it amusing if you don't agree with it?

    • You don't need to agree with something to find it amusing.

    • I mean that I laughed but once I thought about it I know I shouldn't have. Because this joke could easily be reversed to make fun of men the same way and it opened my eyes a little bit.

  • The meme is clearly about brunettes being superior to blonds

  • I didn't get it until you explained it - You see a lot of those memes in the social media - I suppose it is immoral in the sense it sends out wrong message and will possibly become "Mainstream" humour

  • I think you are WAY overthinking this. It's a stupid meme ffs.

  • It's a strange analogy to make, because garlic bread isn't always the better choice in its own context, and sure while the blonde has smaller boobs, the other one looks like they could feasibly be fake. Outside of a few specific medical related issues, nobody fakes having small boobs, and there's an attractive honesty to that fact (guys hate fake girls in pretty much any context). Personally, my first thought was actually at how skinny the girl on the right is.

  • Judging by the sheer amount of dudes from the "5 inch, 5 foot club" coming here every day to throw tantrums about how women's dick and height preferences are "shallow" and "disgusting", I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of dudes who upvoted this would melt down if the subject of this meme was them.

But, of course, things are funny when the joke is not at their expense.

  • Everything is offensive nowadays apparently. It's just a joke 🤣

  • I chose A. I'm pretty sure that's not what a good friend does.

    • Well it wasn't either of the girls who made the meme. I heard the big-breasted girl was upset about the meme. But I agree that whoever made the meme is an asshole
