I almost always finish in some variation of missionary (it's much hotter to see her face as she's cumming), but most girls like doggy, so doggy is usually one of the first couple of positions we do - not always the first - and missionary (really, a variation called "folded deck chair") is usually how things finish.

I don't understand the question? Both positions are hot for different reasons. Missionary is more intimate. So if you end with that more intimate position, the climax is more intense.
