@Artesian You don't have to get it. It's my preference, not a judgement on other people's preferences. If a hairless vulva doesn't make you think of a 10-year-old girl, go for it. If you want an explanation, the fashion of women removing all their pubic hair is a new one. I remember when Brazilian waxes first rose to prominence, and at that point, they didn't remove all the hair, they produced what is now known as a landing strip. So, even women that had a Brazilian wax still had pubic hair until very recently. Pubic hair was the means of telling when a girl was sexually mature: "As long as there's turf on the pitch", as the crude joke about having sex with young girls went, or in the American version, "If there's grass on the field, play ball". I actually prefer all natural, and it doesn't even need to be trimmed. But I know I'm the exception.

But it's up to my girlfriend to decide what she does with her bush. Most of the times, she keeps a full bush because she knows I like it. But if she wants to shave or trim, I won't stop her.
