Once in a while. For example, on a family vacation, my girlfriend and I had sex in our hotel room before going back to join the rest of our family for dinner.   I ALWAYS wash my hands when I use the restroom, but I do it right BEFORE. The entire point being to protect my member from any nasty impurities from the outside world. I think it would be a complete waste of time to rewash them afterwards. After all, anything left on my hands after I do my personal business is just pure wholesome goodness.
