In most cases yes.. That having been said there has been a massive trend of self shot home made stuff that's been put out there which is not fantasy... Its typically shot on a phone and umm features boring positions... That stuff is always better to me.. The professional stuff they go out of their way to show things and be in positions which are both uncomfortable and painful to replicate.
