Assuming you live in the US, there are currently 1500 people known to have it there. Even if there are 10 cases for every known case, that's still only 15,000 in a country with a population of over 325 million.
And given your age, Coronavirus has about as much threat to you as getting the flu would.
You are at no more risk from kissing him now than you were this time last year.
