This is a highly personal choice. If I had to have a genital piercing, I would do it for aesthetic reasons. Effectively, it should look good, but it should not cause any harm to the body. Genital piercings must take into account the stresses during intercourse or masturbation.
Personally, if my girl has a piercing like that, it would be more of a turn on than an turn off. I am open to PM.
