Let's assume we would have never invented clothes. The people just would get used to the way it were then I guess. It would be exactly the same and the sexual arousal just would become suppressed in such situations like one you mentioned and would be only shown if two partners are alone somewhere. So, in other words, new social standards would have arisen, that would imprint new behavioral patterns, that would in the end produce a mirror reflection of our society only that some things were altered like the ability to control the degree of own sexual arousal would be increased by all humans compared to our civilization, so no major changes. That'd be the most likely scenario to me.

It depends on basically whether the clothes disappeared all of a sudden or it never existed in the first place. If it never existed then we would have the same mindset as we presently have, it feels weird to not have clothes-which can change from person to person. Just like that if there were no clothes we would all be comfortable no have anything covering our skin. If we take it as a philosophical question then we can think of our skin itself as a cloth which covers our soul. If it was not there then we could easily see, what we call it now as inner beauty clearly.

If we think about a world where people didn't wear clothes it would be a lot like naturist resorts and clubs where people are all naked in mixed company (men and women).
