6 inch girth here... No. Never have a problem getting it in Speedo. I can't promise it looks comfortable. For one thing swimming in cold water tends to cause shrinkage. All bets are off though if I get hard. That's why I wear a hat to the beach.

It’s easy to fit in them because of the elasticity, but that elasticity also makes it skin tight. So the full bulge is completely visible including all the details. It really doesn’t look comfortable, and it leaves nothing to the imagination and draws a ton of attention. I was always aware that everyone was taking glances at it. Some even openly stared at it. What sucked was that could end up causing an erection in them, and getting hard in those got a lot of attention. Also the only time they really felt uncomfortable was when I was hard.
Lycra (which most swim briefs are made from) is very elastic, so there's no issue fitting well endowed genitals into them.

I'm not trying to say I have a horse dick by any means but it is quite hard to get everything into those pouches they have a newer kind and has a sleeve for your dick to go into and the pouch holds your balls. Speedos are not made for it. I tried every angle but had to default back to board shorts.
