How Can My Sister Convenience the Bar Manager?

I had asked this question couple of days Ago with less details but didn't get Any Solutions, So My Sister was struggling financially for last Some Months, She has some bank loans to repay as well as some other dues, So she was very Stressed... One of My Sister's friend used to work in a strip bar, So My Sister went to her to get some help

My Sister's friend suggested her to work in a strip bar where she used to work,
But My Sister could not read the fine print of the contract properly and by Mistake She signed on a nude contract, Now My sister's manager treats with her very harshly and he don't allow her to wear any panties or thong because My sister has signed strip to nude contract

My Sister Also tried taking to a lawyer but he told her that she will have to give a huge amount of money to bar owner if she breach the contract before one year, it was like a bond that she signed by mistake.

It was My Sister's own mistake, She signed on a strip to nude contract because she couldn't read the fine print of the contract, this gave her Manager power over her, So as per the Contract if Bar Manager want then he can strip her naked Infront the Bar Customers, So he is just misusing his over which he has over My Sister and he don't let her wear any panties or thong during she performs Infront the Bar Customers.

What she she Can do Now? She needs Money to repay her bank loans and other dues but she don't want to Strip fully Nude.

Unfortunately, as this happened in Mexico, I can offer no advice. The particulars of Mexican law are a bit outside my experience.

In American law, your sister would have some latitude. Though even there, it was her responsibility to have read the contract thoroughly. The fact that she did not is her responsibility and therefore she would have to make the case, in law, that the language of the contract was misleading or otherwise deceptive.

Beyond that, there are other jobs out there - though at the moment with the coronavirus that is less true than it was 6 months ago - and no labor contract is binding. It is a labor contract, not slavery.

Thus, she should begin looking for other work. Retain this job and endure it till she finds an alternative and then quit this job.

As far as what she wears to work, before working, that is her private business and it strikes me as odd that her lawyer would not have told her so. What she wears - or not - outside employment, including to and from work, is not under the control of the employer.

Given that, she might consider getting a second legal opinion. Also, another lawyer might see something in the contract that the first lawyer did not. (Again, it is an employment contract subject to Mexican law, not indentured servitude.)

Sorry. I wish I could offer more. Other than to add that your sister needs to spend more carefully, look at her financial options, and be far more cautious about what she signs. Good lessons for future reference.

Well look man she did sign that contract.. the way i see it her best option is to fulfill the terms of the contract until it expires (yes her stripping naked for a year is her best option) because if this was in usa it would have been a different story but since it's in Mexico there is not much she can do like if she just quits she'll probably end up in jail with a certain amount of money to pay or some kind of deal that will make her work for the club owner again either way she's in a bad spot and right now it's just to survive all of it with the least amount of bad decision making and suffering.. I guess the phrase Caveat emptor applies which is a neo-Latin phrase meaning "let the buyer beware." I think it's the idea of exposure. The easiest might be the obvious. Girls in other strip clubs. They might want to switch or might know people that want to get into it. Your sister should have been given a copy of the contract if she has not then request one. The contract should include all of the following legally
Name of employee, nationality, age, gender and marital status
Address of both parties
If the contract is for a specific or undetermined period of time
A detailed explanation of the services lent
The place where services are to be provided
Workday hours
The amount and form of payment
The day salary is received
If employee training will be provided by the company
Other conditions such as the number of vacation days and workdays allowed.
If one or more of these are missing the contract is void and will need to be drawn up again and resigned.
The other option would be talking to the company she owes money to and say she is struggling financially and arrange a payment plan usually they will either allow her to pay a smaller amount over a longer period or reduce/scrap any interest, however, the later will affect her credit in the future. This will hopefully allow her to quit and get a different job even if it does pay a bit less.

There really isn't anything, she signed a contract without fully reading all of it.
Even if you just read the main part, believing it is only stripping, you should at least say the limit at which you are willing to strip, that way you can tell if the employer is okay with your conditions.

But in any case you should always read the small print, that is often where they try to hide the important stuff.

If you are genuinely incapable of reading the fine print, get someone you trust to read it, like a sibling or parent or friend.

But legally she has no choice but to continue following the orders of the employer until she can either leave, get fired or find a different job that would cover the loses if she left.

If a club will pull a slick one like that, they aren't providing security for girls getting home. She's going to have to do the dance or have more debt to pay, unless she wants to create a new identity which isn't as easy in mexico as it used to be, but a lot of countries in central america are very friendly to cash and maybe you're this other person. Then neither one of her debts will be an issue.

Honestly though it's better to stay you, if she dances well, and often she can get the money to at least pay off the up front payment and contract fee. Though she needs to look for any other hidden fees, like locker rental, club fees for dancing every night. Get someone she trusts to carry a gun and walk her to and from work. The main considerations are A. keep from being taken advantage of more by the club and B. Stay safe and from any number of things while she works there. It is a bit difficult to advise as I'm not sure what the employment laws or rights in Mexico covers. In my place, regardless of what is signed between the employer and employee, there are certain clauses that cannot be superseded even if the employee agrees in writing e. g. child labour, non payment of certain taxes etc.
Your sister needs to know first what are her employment rights, and not just blindly follow what the employer does.
I have a feeling that she is being duped. I believed your sister read the contract before she signed. Probably, those fine prints came later

I would go back and review the contract and look for loopholes I can benefit from.

But first I would try to find that amount of money to repay the bar in case things went wrong.
