    Women can rape men, even sexually. If the man, for whatever reason, does not want to have sex with her, efforts on her part to force the issue constitute rape. I know it sounds crazy to many, but men can and do have reasons for not wanting to have sex.

  • While it is true that most are not well suited to over powering a male. There is no reason this cannot happen. Add in several other factors that create an erection either by stress, assault, assault or drugs, and she can do as she wants. It has been documented. Though the last time I recall hearing about a court case it was literally three on one and there were drugs involved. So I feel, it likely takes more effort and planning, but it can happen. There is no myth.

  • Yes she can. There was a case in the news where a man said that when he was 14 and new to acting he was raped by an actress he looked up to like a mother figure. She just suddenly started performing oral on him without his consent. He was confused and didn't know what to do, and his body just responded the way you would expect a 14 yr old's body to respond. Since he looked up to her like a mother it was very emotionally confusing to him.

    Assault is the threat of action. Battery is the implementation (actually doing) the action. Sexual describes the TYPE of assault and/or battery. [ Some jurisdictions have statutes that stipulate that the phrase "sexual assault" can be used to mean "sexual assault AND battery". ]

    If it is against their will, rape is sexual assault and battery (at the least) for either a male or female perpetrator- period! If they use a weapon- knife, bat- or a restraint- belt, tie, rope- then the SAaB would become AGGRAVATED SAaB.
