Why do you like what you like? Care to explain?

I've seen some odd stuff on G@G. Everybody seems to have a different body part they obsess over, but many have a hard time saying why. Can you help me out?

If you like hands, what about them do you like? What makes a hand more attractive than another person's hands?

Was Van Gogh one of you guys?

If you like feet what makes a foot more attractive?

What do you like and why? What makes what you like better or worse?

Daang, you ask some tough questions. I'm starting to snuffle them out and be drawn to them without even seeing your u/n.

But again, not easy to answer.
The most important part of a person, to me, is their face. I like the eyes and hair as well, but I guess in general it is because I am a cerebral person, of the mind, much more interested in that than the body. One is more mechanical, and the other so much more complex. And I like complexity. I like honesty and forthrightness, but peeling back the layers of who someone is (by them offering, or showing, over time) is very interesting to me. I read body language, have read books about it, but I guess I also come from a very linguistic-prioritized family. I listen to words carefully, and I look at faces with a lot of concentration and focus, because the facial expressions also provide huge clues into what they are saying (or trying not to say.) Words can be manipulated, but the body often exudes more honestly. So everything about the head is like an emoter-lover's playground, chockablock with information.

And p. s. I like hair because it is a great way to express oneself. A guy's (and girl's) haircut says something about them too. I went to hairdressing school. I've always liked hair. The shorter, buzzed, and more it just follows the head shape with no style cut into it, the more boring it is to me. Although age and genetics also play a huge part in that. Sometimes it just is what it is, there's nothing much more you can do with it.

I came from a very verbal family as well. Antiquated English and lots of arguments. I don't style my hair much. The wave of it all ways makes it look styled so I don't often give it much thought.

Hmmm🤔.. What makes a hand more attractive than another person's hands? Because they are mine. Because that hand is my hand. I use it. Let me simply try to explain it. I take the pen in my hand and write "I trust you. I believe in you. My heart is with you. Or Who are you? What is your name?"These are my feelings. These reflect my feelings. So I like my hands or other parts of my body. They are features that make me me. I hope I could explain?

@Blubby1234 Nothing wrong if the woman's into it. It's the obsession I don't like. Want the biggest ones you can handle, wanting them to the point other things are ignored, that kind of stuff. Anything resembling a mommy-fetish bothers me though. Like men who can't take care of themselves and have women do everything for them. Or men who expect the women to be the only responsible party in their relationship. If somebodies into it I see nothing wrong with obliging them. I just think that when looked at rationally, it's not that different from liking feet, or legs, or a kissable neck, anything really.
