Would you sunbathe naked?

With the summer coming up, I was thinking about lying in the warm sun and how it would be so much more comfortable to do it without clothes. I had a discussion with a friend about this and found I’m not alone in thinking this.

Would you be comfortable sunbathing naked? Lets, say, for the purpose of simplicity, nobody is going to stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable and people would sexualise you the amount they would do when you were wearing a swimsuit. Would you be more comfortable naked?

  • It's not actually my back yard it's a first floor veranda. it comes o fr the back bedroom. It's ideal I love walking round naked but it's ideal for sun bathing it has the sun most of the day...

  • no. your genitalia will turn brown if you sit in the sun too long.

  • I've sunned nude at home, on our boat, off of hiking trails/lakes, and occasionally on private beaches. I dont wear much anyway at the beach, so its NBD.

  • I do it regularly throughout the summer both at home and at the local nude beach I do go in the dunes where you don't get as many people around though

    • Cool. Are you comfortable naked in front of basically anyone? I am pretty comfortable but I don’t live alone and my family aren’t ok with it. So I have to keep clothes on all the time. Do you go naked around the house?

  • I'm not a fan of skin cancer

    • Sunbathing doesn’t give you skin cancer. Getting sun burnt does

    • you're still exposing yourself to uv rays for prolonged periods of time, increasing the risk

    • Living increases your risk of cancer. But do you kill yourself to prevent it? Life is all about risks. But not risk mitigation, it’s about balancing risk and reward. You can sunbathe all day every day and never get cancer. But you can also expose your hand to the sun and get cancer. Living in fear of dying is a little stupid. We are mortal beings, we will die. What’s the point in living if your not going to do stuff you want to do, just so you can live longer?

  • I already do 😂

  • Yes. I wish my roommate would with me at a nude beach because he's totally huge. When he gets a fully hard on I love it and so does everybody else.

  • I do it all of the time

    • Where do you go nude? at home or at the beach?

    • both places

  • If it was legale to do it wear I live I would but since it's not there are a few ways I could get caught by others.

  • no, because I don't tan only sunburn, and I don't want that all over

  • That's the only way to get a tan

  • I do it sometimes in the back yard.

  • Done it for years especially when I was married. Nude beaches, back yards, friends house. Completely shaved as well!

  • I've done it but not in public
