An open relationship meaning one where you and your SO are NOT exclusive. So like if he saw a cute chick at a bar and wanted to f her, you would be ok with it and let him (and same for girls, the guy would let you sleep with other guys). If so would you put any limits on it or be wide open? If not why not?

No, I would never never never do that. I would be jealous all the time and also I see no point in it. To me, being exclusive is the main purpose of a relationship. It makes no sense to live as if single, but call it a relationship.

  I'm on birth control. Yes, there were things my husband felt nervous about letting go of with me sexually. Or other romantic expressions (kissing for example). Both myself and his friend talked with him a lot about relaxing some of the rules. His friend is very dominant, assertive, and kind of aggressive, so I think that played a role as well.

Hell fucking no. Open relationships are another way to cheat in a way. If you want to f another person than end the current relationship. I mean you truly don't love or care about someone if you want someone else even for just sex.
