Is there Any way to hide big boobs?

My mom is Approx 42 years old, She runs a small grocery shop, Some Guys are teasing her for last 2-3 months when she goes to shop and comes back.. Mom has got big boobs (As compared to other womens of her age).

So those Guys are teasing and molesting her for her big boobs size.. they had torn off her blouse and bra, She Complained to Police but it didn't help Much... Is there Any clothes or bra, wearing that boob looks smaller than to ACTUAL SIZE? I Guess She has 38D size.

Those Guys have a big group of around 25-30 people Who are involved in Criminal Activities and they also sell illegal drugs, Mom would Change her shop location to a better part of town but it would take Couple of Months because she needs to Arrange Money for that.

  • Apart from others' comments that are to wear a tight sport bra, and dark color, loose clothing, I would suggest her to workout.
    Cardio > to burn the total body fat and surely reduce the volume around her bust.
    Weight training > focusing on the chest area like pushup to have them look firmer since jiggling boobs catch attention more.
    My bust size decreased when I lost weight. It works. Not only that I am stronger, I don't look vulnerable and soft.

    As well as the food, I gained 2 kg. when I was in the PH only for a week. Fried chicken are full of fat and maybe hormones. Soy product does the same. Try researching for more information, which food should be avoid.

    Anyways, I wouldn't encourage to fight if not necessary because those guys will get more aggressive and could do something worse. Don't show a dangerous tool like a knife. I wonder if a pepper spray could be an option. If they notice her with it, they (20+ ppl) definitely beat her easily. What about asking for help from someone who has more authority than the local police? You can also accompany her on the way to the shop if possible.

    And for the clothing i think either she has to wear loose tops or sports bra or something so it can hide the shape etc.
    But most importantly she needs to give a tough time to the police and if that doesn't work then you need to take her to your local MP this will definitely resolve the issue
    I know someone who had problem n police didn't cooperate so they complained to Margaret Hodge and in couple weeks police sent them written apology and resolved their problem too

  • Definitely a police case, this is a crime! I see a lot of comments about making justice by you own hands, but I don't think that's the way and it could backfire into more harassment or even rape. You should keep trying with the police and take them to court. Is there any other local authority that you can ask for help?
    Is there any women's rights group? Maybe they could help.

    This is not a situation where you mother should change her behaviour and live in fear. But I get what you're asking. All you want is to solve the problem as fast as possible. Still, I got to say that if they are already harassin it will be hard for them to stop. Is there anyone else working in the grocery? Maybe they could walk together at least part of the way.

    This is a mother being harassed on her daily route to work and 40% of the girls are talking about her fighting them with knifes, other 10% are jealous and only the remaining half (or less) are actually helping at all.

    • Thank you, Yup She is trying to get every help, I wrote and reply to Some Guys here About those Guys,( I should have told about them in question though ) they are also a headache for Police to Nab them, they are Gang or Group of Many homeless Guys Who got Money by selling drugs on the streets, they disappeared very Soon, Mom had already Complaint to police about being harrashed and Molested by those Guys, She is also trying to wear Such clothes that could hide her large Boobs to avoid further unwanted attention of those Rowdy Guys.

  • The problem isn't "hiding" so much as "controlling". If her breasts are well-controlled, they will appear to hide themselves. The solution is getting a well-fitting bra that redistributes the weight of the breast tissue while still keeping a pleasing, but smoother, flatter, and more modest, shape.

    A "sports bra" is a relatively UNstructured creation of elasticized fabric. A well-fitting "minimizer-type" bra IS structured. That said, there are minimizer-type bras that look similar to sport bras, but they aren't really doing their correct job if they act like a sports bra. Your mom may have to look at several different bra styles from several different manufacturers before finding one that works for her. BALI- and their subsidiary lines- have some well-thought-out bra designs, in my opinion. (I have worked on lots of women's shoulder and backs that get messed up because they have to support a large chest. A good bra with wide straps will really help a lot.)

    Find a decent corsetiere who has hired a good fitter, asnd have the fitter work with your mom for a bra that works for her.

    • Thank you So Much for Such a explanatory Answer, Seems you have lots of knowledge about Women's Clothing, My Mom has a large Size over 38D and Since those Rowdy Guys target on her Big boobs So She needs to hide and Control them in Such a way that they look like Smaller over her clothes, She Needs a perfect Sports bra Which should be Comfortable for her too, Since you have very useful knowledge about these matters So I will get back to You.

    • I have a knowledge of what a chestful (or a gutful) of cantilevered weight can do to the human framework and muscles. She can also get her clothing with a little larger size and a little higher neckline. That may help a bit too.

  • Well you invited me to this question and breast reduction one but I'm not that familiar with the breast reduction surgery so I'll try to make this answer suffice. But honestly I would suggest reporting to the police but offer them a choice before doing that as that may intimidate them if they know police might get involved. Especially if they commit other crimes. But like others said as well wearing a sports bra and stuff like that. One other thing I can suggest is catching them in the act as in hiding a hidden body camera or something like that to obtain evidence of it? I'm sorry I couldn't come up with much of anything else and I hope it gets resolved.

    • Thanks for your opinion, Those Guys are Criminals and they have a big Gang, Mom has already reported to police but they didn't help her much, Mom has also started wearing tight Sports bra but her boobs are quite big and she finds it difficult to hide them through clothes, Also Some Guys have already seen her So they are aware of her big Size, So Mom is in a difficult situation, Surgery Could be a Permanent Solution but it's expensive and Risky.

  • I’m sorry she has to go through this for something she can’t control. Keep bugging police, it’s her right to feel safe. She could maybe wear larger clothes when she knows she’ll bump into them (not saying to change her style, she shouldn’t have to!). I don’t think many things can help other than boob reduction, maybe talking to a doctor could help too. It’s a very difficult situation since these guys aren’t the type to be messing with. I’m just kinda saying what I would do and what I’ve seen friends doing that struggle with having this problem too. We shouldn’t change how we dress because of this but I would be willing to do so for a couple hours to make it stop.

I’ve had a friend that thought about it and kinda researched a few things, we’re lucky to have Google now a days but she also didn’t go through with it because of money issues.     No v-necks. No necklaces that drop down in a v into the cleavage.
    Change the bras from underwire, demis, push-ups, balconettes (which she probably doesn't wear anyway) to ones that flatten and compress, so no underwire (much more comfortable anyway) and sports bras will hold them in without creating shape and definition.
    Whatever happens/happened to her, it's not in any way her fault. but she certainly can cover up to minimize, as you say.

  • I think the easiest way would be to wear loose shirts or thin sweaters but ones that have a high colar so that the neck line is high no cleavage will show and something that is 3 sizes bigger than her. Also she could try to losely have a big thin scarf around her chest area that would hide it for sure.

  • As everyone else agrees here, you mom can wear sports bra and chest binders and an oversized top will do the work pretty much. But the fact that those goons are almost molesting her and the police isn't doing anything is sickening to even think about it. She is a very strong woman I must say. May things end up good.

  • I'm so sorry to heaf this. I totally understand at 44DDD. But there has been great feedback here i wear a front clasp full coverage bra. Along with some great sports bras that support. It's supporting and controlling the fat tissue. Trust me i can hide my breast when I have to. I work out and lose them then i stop working out they come back 10 fold.

    • Shout out in tagalog. I would mabaho peck peck moe. Fr fr. Glamorise is a great brand of bras. I know this sounds horrible but I've even ducttaped my breasts down. Especially there being so much of it. Its a pain taking it off. Carry a bag with something heavy she can swing forever and hit every guy at least once. In the nuts!

    • I'll try to suggest some things then. However, I haven't read everyone's replies, just glance over them so I may repeat some things. Like many others, I recommend exercise and a diet change or at the very least a diet change. Since losing body fat can reduce chest size. She should focus on eating foods low in calories, like fruits, veggies, fatty fish (ex. salmon), lean meats, or grilled chicken. She has to be using up more calories than she is eating for this to work. Green tea should also work as a natural fat burner. She can try reducing her estrogen levels. There are research suggesting that a dietary change can influence estrogen levels. Also things like flaxseed supplements may help, however, there's not much evidence that natural remedies will reduce estrogen. So for a sure fire way, I would talk to a doctor about estrogen lowering medication. Aside from this, there's not many other natural ways to reduce chest size. For anything drastic, there's only cosmetic surgery, which I saw your other post about it. Not sure but hoped I helped.

  • Omg I'm so sorry about what's been happening with your mom that's terrible. No one should be put through that situation, she deserves to be treated better with respect. Bras that I would recommend is bras that don't have padding or underwires and maybe wear loose shirts. Those guys who teased her are awful and horrible beings.
