How and why do people have sex with people they find unattractive?

*stemming from @Jjpayne ‘s recent question*

I have never understood this. Wouldn’t it be a lot better just to masturbate than to screw someone you find unattractive?
I know that there are some people who will even go with a 3 or 4 on the scale, based on some responses to a girl’s question I was looking at yesterday.
I just don’t understand it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Answer his question too. I wanna see the answers. I’m so curious.

  • There are grades of attractiveness. Just because a guy isn't super hot doesn't mean he's unfuckable. Physically he's only got to be acceptable, it's things like his behaviour and attitude that mostly determine if I'll open my legs.

  • Alcohol helps. Apparently the part of the brain that makes you get grossed about stuff also dulls when there’s sexual arousal. So if you can get yourself part of the way there with porn or something you’re in. I took a not so attractive girl home once in college and I just turned off the lights and fucked her in the dark, she could have been a Perfect 10 for all I knew.

  • Cause some people want sex so badly that they’re willing to lower their standards.

    • I'd say it's because they are just interested in the sex or even just the connections they had in conversation and decided to see if they could push through the sex but I've heard alcohol can make this happen much easier or at least that's what tv and movies have taught me about beer goggles :)

But for some people masturbating just doesn't satisfy them at all, they need another body, someone doing to them what they would do themselves. Sex is different for everyone, but some people just dont like masturbating
