However, the solution is fairly simple: have a couple of clean towels handy, and if she gets so wet that he starts to lose friction, he simply pulls out and wipes himself (and perhaps her) off, and then resumes. Even if he has to do this every 5 minutes - which can be during a position change to help reduce interruptions - it's really not a big deal if the people involved don't make it a big deal.
