Nothing wrong with being that sensetive or squirting that's very sexy.

Only problem I can see for you is if your wanting to slow things down and have your orgasm coincide with his.

It could be a problem if your orgasm makes you hypersensitive and unable to continue having sex straight after. One girl I slept with kept squeezing me out after the first orgasm.

If you do find yourself wanting to last longer it's a natter of learning to edge yourself to understand when your about to orgasm.
Not heard of women using desensitizing sprays/creams but again there options if you want an external way of controlling timing.

I can see a potential problem if you really are too sensitive, as in you get overstimulated to the point where it's not enjoyable, but it sounds like this is not the case.
Do note tho that "squirting just from masturbation" is (in my opinion) the wrong way to think about it. You may well have an easier time doing it by yourself than with someone, either because of nervousness or because they don't know your body like you do.

I wouldn't consider it a problem at all. I would consider it to be a good thing. I don't know if too much lube would weaken the guy's stimulation. But I don't think it could weaken it enough to matter, and I think it could be made up visually. Unless it is inconvenient for you yourself, I wouldn't worry about it.
