I don’t think you’re missing anything or that it’s just you, it probably genuinely is that hard for most guys with unconventional sexual interests to find a girl that shares them, let alone a completely heterosexual cis woman. I’ve spoken on this topic before, but women just aren’t anywhere near as likely to fetishize things like that as men are.
Men have higher sex drives in the sense that they are more prone to hypersexuality and compulsive sexual behaviors, which predisposes them to to developing more unusual sexual fetishes and kinks. That’s not to say women aren’t capable of having higher sex drives or developing strange sexual interests, it’s just significantly less likely for them to do so. This is because they tend to be less interested in sex in general and usually are more interested in the intimacy associated with sexual interactions.

Would you rather have someone who’s a willing participant in all of your kinks despite having no personal interest in them themselves, or someone who shares only one of your kinks and is repulsed and unwilling to participate in the rest?
Who knows maybe she’ll still be open to the other two. If she has one fetish then chances are she’ll be understanding of the other two.
I think your problem lies with the fact that you seemingly want your partner to actually have the fetish and not just indulge it because it's your fetish. In general women aren't as sexual stimulated visually by things as men. And that fart thing is definitely odd, it's a little to close to poop territory for most people I assume. Bodily functions like that is just seen as gross, like if someone wanted to lick your snot or smell your burps UGH! I think it's just one of those naturally unpleasant things.
