It varies greatly depending upon the man & the circumstances; generally the younger you are, the less refractory time (between erections) you need. But, how turned on a guy is, how intense his previous orgasm was, and whether he's on stimulating medication (among other things) can all play a role as well. I've been able to orgasm, maintain the erection & orgasm again within 5-20 minutes. (Where it typically takes 20 minutes - 1 hour to have the first orgasm.)
