Should I have sex with my girlfriend's friend?

I'm living with my girlfriend and her friend, and I know and consent to them having sex because my girlfriend is bi.
Her friend always said she was a lesbian but lately we talked and she said she'd like to have sex with me and maybe have a threesome.
I'm not sure about that because I feel it's weird, I mean I never had sex with another girl who's not my girlfriend but they say it's all right that there's nothing to worry about it.
They don't pressure me but they laugh because they say that normally a guy would jump at the occasion.
Should I go along with them?

  • I dated a girl who’s bi once. I had to do some reading and understand the dynamics of the whole thing.
    People who are bi fulfill different sexual needs with each sex so it really doesn’t make sense to get jealous if they want to be with someone of the opposite sex as you. You just have to be okay with that going in and feel confident that they’ll still want to come back you for the needs you fulfill them with. If you wanted to be with another guy she’d have no real right to stop you but a lot of women probably still would because it’s a double standard that sometimes exists.

    You definitely need to talk to her about being with another girl before you do it because that’s fulfilling the same needs that she provides you and it could leave her feeling jealous and left out. It sounds like she could be cool with it since she wanted to do a threesome but she might also want to be there or set up some boundaries. Swingers do this like they might be okay with their partner having sex but they might say always wear a condom or something. I would say just talk it over with her and make sure everything is cool because you could be on the verge of a really exciting three way sexual relationship but you want to tread lightly and not fuck it up.
