According to wikipedia even in wartime more women get raped than men !

There is only one country thought more boys get raped than girls by some researches , it is Afghanistan!
In some places of Afghanistan , men have sex with boys because looking at non-married girls and women is very sin for them but %70 of Afghan girls forced to married with much older partner and even in Afghanistan majority of respondents say girls are in higher risk than boys!

Logic would tell you that, given that the vast majority of men are heterosexual, and since rapists are going to be a cross-section of all men, that most rapists will be heterosexual, and thus their interest is going to be in women (of course, there ARE female rapists as well).

Anyway, I'm not sure what your point or your question really is. Obviously rape is horrible, regardless of who the victim is, but you also can't hold western cultures accountable for other cultures' practices. Western culture certainly hasn't eliminated rape, but it's reduced it significantly, and is far more likely to punish rapists if there is enough evidence of a rape.

Most of not all women are sexually assaulted at some point. Many of us get raped several times in our lifetime. It is the way the world is.

Yea, because women are weaker than men, lower muscle mass, lower bone density and on average are significantly shorter (of course their are exceptions to all of these) but very few looking at global numbers.
I understand your question, I just don't understand why you were asking it? It's so obvious an answer it's not really worth asking?
It's like me saying: Who's more likely to get (physically) attacked and mugged by two teenage boys, an average height for her age 14 year old girl, or a 6'5" 25 year old member of 22 Special Air Service, and former Paratrooper?

This is not even close to true but when male victims of women are generally ignored, it’s easy to make these false claims.
But actual rape is not as common as feminist bullshit likes to push (wikipedia was hijacked by feminist edit parties... look it up)
bureau of justice statistic ( the most accurate crime stats in the world) show rape occurs in less than 1 in 1000 women and if you actually were to take male victims of women seriously... that would be close to the same for men.

but when we fabricate victim nonsense with false accusations like “unwanted advancements” or calling drinken hookups, regret, and “feeling obligated” rape... it skews the numbers horribly.
