How do I tell a girl that she's beautiful Without sounding like a creeper or weird perv?

Using the term “beautiful” doesn’t come off as creepy. Actually, it’s the opposite. That’s about as good as you can say it without coming off as creepy. Even if you say “perfect,” that sounds too good to be true so we overthink it. “Beautiful” is more taken in reference to who she is as a person - not just pretty in looks and not just great in personality, but a combination- beautiful. Just calling her beautiful... I’m pretty sure it’ll just flatter her.

If she is much younger than you (13-16) don't say it. There isn't a way to not make it sound creepy. But if she's your age just say it like it is. Tell her something like: I know it may come off creepy but I always wanted to tell you that you are beautiful.

By not expecting anything back from her. I was at a pool hall one night and noticed someone playing pool. I got up to use the men’s room and as I passed I looked at her and simply said ‘you are beautiful’ and that was it, kept walking to the bathroom. It wasn’t creepy because I was being myself and because I didn’t stand there expecting her to say anything back to me.

Just be respectful about it and it won’t come off as a creeper or perv. Tell her the honest truth with a lot of confidence. Use terms like “pretty”, “beautiful”, “gorgeous”, “amazing”, etc.

They love to have their self confidence boosted.
