  don't know about others but I never really thought about how I look when I masturbate lol I try not to touch my dick before I go to sleep because I get hard very easily, then I'd have to masturbate, then I'd have to clean up, wash my hands, my dick etc. overall it's a lot of work when I just want to sleep. I'd do it in the morning though, my dick is rock hard in the morning it would always poke into my pants, this is probably why my underwear is often torn.
