As long as you like the way you look, and you're comfortable wearing it, then it's fine. As a few others have mentioned, the intended setting is important. For instance, this wouldn't be the best thing to wear to a funeral, but it'd be perfect for going out partying with friends. As a general note, dress for the occasion and you only need to impress yourself, everyone else's opinions should be an afterthought.

What @julieboerd said. Could be a light shirt that showed off the midriff. Maybe some black or dark grey shorts. Not trashy, personally I would think it wasn't great as is unless it was hot out.

Not if you are a hooker or some type of sex worker or Ho. I think it is permissible as a Halloween costume when you can legally dress like a Ho and no one will bat an eye.
