Seriously , the only so called nice thing that men in general have is strong powerful muscular body... if anything.!!
Otherwise men have every bad /ugly things while women have the better, beautiful and sexier things...
To list a few : Curvy shaped body , Nice head hair , Soft minimally hairy body , Boobs , Nice butt , Beauty on the face , No beard and the ability to reproduce!!

Men's bad things : Beard , Body hair, Ability to get bald head with age , Ugliness on face , Weird body shape , Ugly type genitals and lack of aesthetics and sexiness.

All the things women have are probably a compensation for them suffering through menstruation and the pain of childbirth.
We are actually lucky not have to go through any of that. And a beard is not a bad thing, it makes you look more mature, it helps define your jawline and also keeps the skin young and healthy by holding the skins moisture.
And I honestly don't understand why you think men have ugliness on their face or weird body shape, just look at some of the handsome men on earth.
Of course men can be aesthetic, why do you think male models exist. Now as a man you might not find the male body attractive. But a woman or a gay man could surely see a man's body as sexy, just as a straight man sees a woman's body as sexy.

The beard actually prevents your skin from wrinkling fast. As for body hair, there are lots of women who like men with body hair as it seems to make them look more masculine. The bald thing similarly, there are lots of bald guys who look good, The Rock, Vin Diesel, Jason Statham. It's all about perception, you perceive it to be unattractive but others would find it appealing.
