Unless it is truly mutually acceptable, it's illegal. That doesn't mean it's evil. I had plenty of experience at 15 years old and I'd imagine it's the woman who is older it's every boy's biggest fantasies. If the guy is older, jail isn't the most fun place for a child molester and you'll be on record as one for the rest of your life.
