Definitely not all. You rarely see very religious (those who believe in strictly minded until marriage) here. Neither do you see many individuals who are asexual here.

I would say, you see many sex talks because of the circle you choose to be in.

Online, if you visit sites that discusses the Bible or cooking, you would not see much sex discussions.

Likewise in real life if you mix with individuals who are not sexually inclined, you'll probably talk about movies, games, philosophies or chess.

To conclude, yes, sex sells in media. But you choose who you mix with to add sex to your conversation or not. I think if you join a music class, sex is off the table.

Sex is used mainly by mass media as a form of population control. When it's your dominant idea, you become incapacitated and your emotions are destroyed. Your individuality, identity, family life, maternal and paternal feelings erode.
